A 15-year-old Boca Raton student is touring schools on Florida’s west coast to share her anti-bullying message with elementary school students.

Lizzie Sider shared her own bullying experiences with 170 fourth- and fifth-graders at Fuguitt Elementary School in Largo on Wednesday. She said she was bullied starting in kindergarten through the fourth grade in Boca Raton.

“It was no fun, but you cannot stay quiet about bullying,” she said. “You must speak out about it.”

Sider is appearing at 11 schools on the west coast of Florida during the week, including six schools in Pinellas and Pasco counties.
