THE AMY BENNETT FOUNDATION AND "AMY'S LAW"

Amy Bennett was a vibrant 23-year-old woman, UNC college graduate, actress, singer, dancer, shining star, and my friend, until one day when she was fatally hit by a truck while riding her bicycle from home to work in Jackson, WY.

To honor Amy, and in hopes of preventing the same tragedy from happening to other bicyclists, The Bennetts - Terry, Pat, Sammi, Jeff, and Christopher - fought for and successfully passed "Amy's Law", a 3-foot pass law.

The Amy Bennett Foundation celebrates Amy's legacy through ACTIVISM (biker protection advocacy) and SCHOLARSHIP (musical theater programs). However, like any non-profit, it needs help to stay funded. Please donate at http://www.amybennettfoundation.com.
