REMEMBERING 9/11 #NEVER FORGET
On this day 14 years ago, my parents and I were sitting in our living room. My dad was watching the news while my mom was trying to distract me from the events being broadcasted on live television. A concerned, three year old me wondered what was going on, and I was told that it was all a movie.
Although I may have been too young to understand it at the time, the older me understands and feels the pain and tragedy of that horrific day. Remembering and honoring those we lost and their loved ones today. #NeverForget
